Job summary

AT&T in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Store Manager I to lead daily retail operations, oversee merchandising and launches, and ensure customers receive our best-in-class services and technology.

You will coach a team of sales consultants to meet sales and service goals, and participate in off-site events and promotions. The position offers a starting salary range of $66,100–$99,100 plus $22,000 commission, with extensive benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.

• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Our Retail Store Manager 1 earn between $66,100 - $99,100 + $22,000 in annual commissions yearly when sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
