Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Store Manager-1 in New York to oversee all daily operations of a busy retail location. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

The role includes merchandising, product launches, and off-site outreach to drive store performance. Our ideal candidate brings 3+ years in sales/customer experience in telecom, prior management experience, and strong planning and analytical

Our Retail Store Manager 1 earn between $66,100 - $99,100 + $22,000 in annual commissions yearly when sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
