We're looking for a Retail Store Manager ready to take charge and drive the success of our retail store operations. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for people, technology, and building high-performing teams, this role offers the ideal mix of challenge and reward.

• Flexible Schedule - Store hours 10am - 7pm
• Competitive Salary - Salary range from $65,000 - $85,000 uncapped Bonus and Commission opportunities

What You'll Be Doing::

• Create a Customer-Centric Culture - Build and maintain a positive, goal-oriented team environment focused on exceptional customer service.
• Staff Recruitment and Management - Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Achieve Sales Targets - Meet or exceed personal and team key performance indicators (KPIs) each month.
• Ongoing Coaching and Mentorship - Provide daily coaching and mentorship to ensure your team delivers outstanding customer experiences.
• Ensure Operational Compliance - Oversee store operations, ensuring adherence to Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines, and execute promotional and inventory tasks as directed.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Leadership & Team Management - Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team in a retail environment.
• Sales & Customer Focus - Strong track record in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating positive customer experiences.
• Retail & Industry Expertise - 2+ years of retail experience, ideally in the wireless industry, with attention to detail and product knowledge.
• Communication & Problem-Solving - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Adaptability & Flexibility - Willingness to work varying schedules, travel across locations, and stay current with technology trends.
