Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales in Winnsboro, TX. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Job description

We’re seeking a Store Manager to join our team to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while enforcing company policies and procedures

Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
