Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Louisiana LLC is seeking a Store Manager in Winnsboro to lead store teams, drive sales, and deliver a positive shopping experience for customers. You will oversee operations, train staff, manage assets, and ensure compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
