The Retail Store Manager provides leadership for the successful operation of the store, building and leading passionate teams focused on merchandising and customer experience. This role offers a chance to advance your retail management career at one of the Top 10 fastest growing US retailers.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Oversee sales and profit goals, manage payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and other initiatives.
2. Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors in customer and associate interactions.
3. Implement strategies for merchandising, store standards, seasonal transitions, and inventory management.
4. Coach, train, evaluate, and schedule store associates to meet business needs and staffing budgets.
5. Ensure proper security of the store and assets.

Qualifications

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large retailer.
3. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Valid Driver’s license.

Physical Requirements

1. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
2. Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
3. Stand for extended periods and work safely.
