SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a retail team in Fargo. You will drive sales, ensure top-notch customer service, and manage day-to-day store operations.

You will recruit and develop staff, set clear goals, and promote a positive store culture while maintaining integrity and accountability. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Outstanding customer service and written/verbal communication.
• Experience using a computerized POS system; SAP preferred.
• Weekend availability required.
• 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk throughout shift.
• Cosmetology license is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no sponsorship offered.

Store Manager Competencies/Responsibilities

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience


• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills


• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred


• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require


• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred


• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.


• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift


• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required


• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.


• Salary Range:

From: $25.90

To: $28.80
