Family Dollar Stores Of Wisconsin LLC is seeking a Store Manager in Delavan to lead store operations, coach associates, and drive sales. This role requires ensuring a positive customer experience while safeguarding assets and enforcing company policies.

You will implement merchandising directions from corporate, build community partnerships, and maintain compliance with laws. A strong focus on results and team leadership is essential for success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
