Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage the full operation of the retail store, including opening, closing, staffing, service levels, cash, and inventory.
• Make staffing adjustments as needed to meet business demands.
• Spend majority of business hours on the sales floor greeting customers, coaching employees, and running core business operations.
• Meet and exceed organizational and individual performance goals.
• Provide leadership designed to deliver high levels of service within the framework of company policies.
• Screen, hire, and recruit outstanding sales talent on an ongoing basis.
• Oversee retail aspects such as hiring, training, marketing, loss prevention, P&L, and team leadership.
• Ensure visual merchandising is appealing while adhering to T-Mobile standards.
• Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train a winning sales team.
• Act as subject matter expert, answering customer questions and providing recommendations.
• Ensure sales associates are up to date on training for new products and offerings.
• Participate in community events, local marketing events, and public relations activities to build a positive company image.
• Perform additional tasks, duties, or projects as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in retail or a similarly customer‑focused environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Competency in customer focus, change management, strategic thinking, and talent management.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours) and move/lift up to 25 pounds.
