Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a Retail Store Manager in San Antonio, TX. You will lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences by training staff and maintaining store standards.

Requirements include 5+ years in retail leadership, excellent communication, and weekend availability. A cosmetology license is a plus, SAP experience preferred, and a strong commitment to integrity and growth within the SalonCentric family.

Store Manager Competencies & Responsibilities

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience


• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills


• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred


• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require


• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred


• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.


• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift


• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required


• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.


• Salary Range:

From: $25.90

To: $28.80
