Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Store Manager-2 in Royal Oak, MI to oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and product launches while driving sales objectives. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants to deliver outstanding customer experiences with our services and technologies.

You will manage outreach, promotions, and on-site events, supported by best-in-class paid training to build leadership success. Strong communication and planning skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Retail Store Manager-2 Regular jobs earn between $55,000.00 - $82,600.00 + commission $24,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
