Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Store Manager-2 to lead a Royal Oak, MI retail team. You will oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and product launches while driving sales targets and delivering best-in-class customer service.

You will coach a team of sales consultants, coordinate on-site and off-site promotions, and participate in a comprehensive paid training program designed for leadership success. Salary ranges reflect regional standards and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry

• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Retail Store Manager-2 Regular jobs earn between $55,000.00 - $82,600.00 + commission $24,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
