Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a Store Manager in Valley View, OH to lead associates, guide daily operations, and drive store sales. You’ll train staff, uphold store standards, and engage with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to oversee all aspects of store operations while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
