Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy retail team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across a fast-paced environment. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while managing store performance and profitability.
Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, and implementing service standards to elevate Lakeshore's brand. Prior experience in retail management and POS systems is preferred.
