Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Strong ability to drive results while building relationships with team members.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (up to 55 lbs. occasionally).
• Physical tasks including walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

From $16.27 to $20.34 per hour (or equivalent).

As a manager, you may be required by the local jurisdiction where a store is situated to provide certain detailed background information necessary to obtain a license to sell alcoholic beverages / tobacco products. Failure to comply and/or qualify for such license can lead to demotion or separation of employment.
