Job summary

Uncle Bill’s Pet Centers in the Indianapolis area is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations across our stores. You will lead by example, ensure great customer service, and maintain a productive, positive team environment.

The role requires 3+ years in retail management, strong leadership and communication skills, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a passion for animal welfare. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and inventory control is a key focus.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Retail Manager at various store locations in the surrounding Indianapolis area. As a Retail Store Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Pet Stores. Your main objective will be to ensure that the store runs smoothly and efficiently, while providing excellent customer service to our valued customers. You will be expected to lead by example and maintain a positive work environment for all employees.

Minimum Qualifications:
