Job Overview

We are in search of a Store Manager for our location that will open at Baybrook Mall to contribute to our continuous expansion across the United States. This person will be responsible for store KPIs and team management. An interest in designer toys will make you a competitive candidate for this position. The position reports to & receives functional guidance from the District Manager.

What You Will Achieve

  1. Manage a team of Supervisors and Brand Associates, setting expectations, goals, and developing talent;
  2. Responsible for total store 4 wall ownership, Brand, Operations, People, setting high store standards that reflect company brand image, values, and culture, focused on providing a positive customer and employee experience;
  3. Execute Visual Merchandising and Marketing directives from business partners and install Marketing decals, props, set up new merchandising planograms, and set up marketing fixtures;
  4. Support the company on marketing events such as in-store events, Pop-up events, conventions, and new store openings;
  5. Support company RoboShop business as needed and follow up with in-store RoboShop employee and RoboShop business partners;
  6. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays;
  7. Up to 10% travel may be required to support and attend business operation meetings with the international team in the evening.

What You Will Need

  1. Retail industry knowledge, skills, and abilities;
  2. More than 3 years of Retail Store Manager experience with a high number of SKU volume, and executing retail Marketing and Visual Merchandising experience;
  3. More than 3 years of managing 15 or more retail employees in-store;
  4. Experience working with international business partners; ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus;
  5. Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management related field preferred;
  6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and implement new standardization directives.
