Position Overview

The full‑time retail Store Manager leads a high‑performance team of 8–20 associates, including 3–4 managers, to create an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: Hourly $28.82‑$31.70, plus a 40% discount and monthly incentive compensation based on store performance.
