Job summary

SalonCentric in Maryland is seeking a Store Manager to lead a retail team for full-time hours. You will deliver exceptional customer service, recruit and develop staff, and drive sales while upholding brand standards and training opportunities.

You must have 2+ years of retail leadership, be able to work weekends, and hold a HS diploma or GED. SAP experience is preferred. Competitive benefits accompany a generous discount and growth within L’Oréal USA.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range:

From: $25.90

To: $28.80
