Job summary

Music & Arts in Bothell, WA is seeking a Retail Store Manager to run day-to-day sales and operations while upholding excellent customer service standards. You will coach the sales team, monitor financial data and inventory, ensure product availability and display, and oversee payroll and staffing.

Preferred candidates have 3-5 years of retail experience and musical interest. The role offers full-time hours with comprehensive benefits and a pay rate of $22–$24 per hour plus bonus, depending on

• Be sure that all products in the store are available for purchase and displayed appropriately.
• Oversee and manage payroll, recruiting, hiring and training of store employees.
• Responsible for executing operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services on a daily basis for all accounts assigned.
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program and assist teachers.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service to each and every customer.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Pay Rate:$22.00 - $24.00/hr plus bonus depending on location, background and experience.
