Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Boone, NC. This role is responsible for leading daily store operations, including supervising team members, driving sales, overseeing merchandising, and ensuring a clean, organized retail environment. The manager will focus on delivering consistent, high-quality customer service, managing staffing and scheduling, and coaching team members to meet performance goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring inventory, implementing retail loss prevention measures, tracking key performance indicators, and supporting omni-channel initiatives such as in-store pickup and digital orders. The Retail Store Manager will also uphold Hibbett’s brand standards and foster an inclusive, collaborative workplace culture.
