Job Summary:

This position takes ownership of store performance, inventory management, product presentation, and overall execution of retail operations.

In addition to managing the day-to-day activities of the store, the Retail Store Manager will lead and support Retail Associates, monitor sales performance, maintain accurate inventory levels, and ensure products are properly stocked, displayed, and readily available to customers. This is a hands‑on leadership position that requires someone who is equally comfortable with engaging with customers, managing operational details, and identifying opportunities to improve the store’s performance.

  • Establish and maintain consistent procedures for opening, closing, merchandising, inventory management, and point-of-sale transactions

  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, properly stocked, and consistently reflects Eberlestock's standards for quality and presentation

  • Monitor daily operational needs, proactively address issues, and identify opportunities to improve store efficiency and overall performance

  • Ensure product pricing, signage, promotional materials, and displays are accurate and up to date

  • Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and low-stock products and communicate trends and replenishment needs to leadership

  • Develop and maintain merchandising displays that effectively showcase Eberlestock products and encourage customer engagement

  • Coordinate merchandising updates to support new product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal priorities

  • Ensure merchandise is properly labeled, priced, organized, and presented in accordance with company standards

  • Identify opportunities to improve product placement, inventory flow, and utilization of retail space
