Job summary

Clarks Outlet is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations in Auburn Hills, MI. You will drive sales performance, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding the Clarks brand standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, loss prevention awareness, and the ability to create a visually compelling store environment. Stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and manage a team across shifts.
