Job summary

Clarks Outlet is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and uphold the Clarks brand in our Vero Beach location.

You will coach staff, manage visual merchandising, and ensure excellent customer service while adhering to store policies. Competitive benefits, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth are offered.

• Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, moving ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance
• Assist in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures

• Follow all policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage
• Create a visually compelling environment
• Create a comfortable work environment for all colleagues
