Cash America Pawn in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a Store Management Trainee to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on retail operations experience.

You will learn customer service, inventory management, store performance analysis, and coaching; duties include opening/closing, merchandising, and supporting sales and loans.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.

Store Management Trainee

$16.00 - $22.40 per hour

+ Unlimited Commission + Store Performance Bonus

We're looking for an ambitious Store Management Trainee to join our team! If you're ready to develop your leadership skills, gain hands-on management experience, and build a career in retail operations, this could be the opportunity for you

As a Store Management Trainee, you'll work alongside store leadership to learn the day-to-day operations of the business while developing the skills needed to lead a successful team. You'll gain experience in customer service, employee development, inventory management, store operations, and business performance while working with a wide variety of merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with retail point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information

Store Management Trainees can earn 2-8% commission based on individual performance and may be eligible for additional bonus opportunities based on overall store performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
