You will learn day-to-day retail functions, merchandising, pricing, and scheduling while working under a mentor in an assigned store. This role offers exposure to a high-performing retail environment and opportunities to build foundational skills for a retail career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree in applicable field preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and learning their names.
• Maintain a positive attitude and promote teamwork and accountability across the store.
• Assist management with pricing decisions and displays to maximize profitability.
• Help coordinate ad and promotional displays and ensure product quality meets demands.
• Support store standards for customer service, employee relations, and profitability.
• Use store hardware and software systems effectively.
• Assist with forecasting and scheduling under Store Director guidelines.
• Replenish shelves and design displays to optimize sales.
• Suggest changes to merchandise placement to boost sales.
• Handle registers and support all store areas as needed.
