You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensure WOW! customer service, manage inventory, and uphold safety and company standards in the absence of the Store Manager.

• Meet sales targets and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Maintain store merchandising, a clean, organized, and visually appealing shopping environment.
• Support budgeting, analyze profit and loss statements, and monitor expenses.
