Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR and ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use computer, including analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among subordinates and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling, motivating and separations.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
