Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate team to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure brand standards in visual merchandising and store layouts.
• Monitor stock levels, restock as needed, and maintain a seamless shopping experience.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations.
• Drive revenue by implementing performance strategies and exceed sales targets.
• Address customer concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
