Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store layouts to meet Skechers standards.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, restocking, and floor organization.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, opening/closing procedures.
• Support peak store operations with physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Drive revenue growth through performance strategies and customer engagement.
