Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Hamden, CT to support the Management Team and lead daily operations. You will mentor a team, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service across the store.

You will also handle visual merchandising, scheduling, opening/closing duties, and coordinate with leadership to achieve profitability while maintaining Skechers' brand standards. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales leadership or management roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
