Job Description

Position Summary: As an Eileen Fisher Store Leader, you will drive all activities supporting store business objectives and create an exceptional service culture. You will lead with integrity in business strategy, people development, and operational excellence, embodying the brand as an ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to enhance sales and growth.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure operational integrity.
• Engage with customers on the sales floor to provide high-level service.
• Manage stock levels and coordinate with partners to maximize sales opportunities.
• Train staff on product knowledge and seasonal strategies.
• Build relationships through community networking and local events.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and support the annual compensation process.
• Demonstrate product enthusiasm and industry awareness.

Leadership & People Development:

• Attract, recruit, and retain high-performing teams.
• Ensure onboarding and ongoing development through coaching and feedback.
• Partner with the District Leader on employee relations and mentor the Assistant Store Leader.

Client Engagement:

• Create strategies to attract and retain clients using CRM tools.
• Build relationships through community outreach and digital channels.

Operational Excellence:

• Analyze store performance and report trends.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and visual standards.
• Participate in loss prevention and ensure compliance with policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of retail sales management experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Supervises: Assistant Store Leader, Sales & Stock Associates

Reports to: District Leader

The salary range is $67k-$82k annually, plus benefits.
