Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Establish action plans with the Store Manager for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep the Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service per the customer service manual.
• Perform general administrative duties and learn Store Manager responsibilities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote services and merchandise.
• Uphold all company policies and standards.
• Protect assets and financial information by enforcing controls and reporting fraud risk.
