Costellos Ace is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) in Chincoteague, VA, responsible for learning operational duties and driving sales. The SMIT will support the Store Manager in team leadership, customer satisfaction, and achieving business goals.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, strong leadership skills, and a track record of managing store operations successfully. Qualifications include a high school diploma and preferably a degree in business or retail management.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the management of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
