Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail store or district management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and follow‑through skills.
• Ability to develop and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health & safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Develop and implement creative plans to increase store sales and optimize inventory and presentation.
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure compliance with company programs and policies.
• Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience with high service and presentation standards.
