Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and exterior standards while driving associate productivity.
• Assist with managing payroll budgets, expenses, and related reporting.
• Provide leadership regarding donation programs and Ollie’s Army membership.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Assist with hiring, development, and scheduling of store Associates.
• Support merchandising execution and ensure pricing updates are completed.
