You will work alongside the Store Manager, model hands-on leadership, and step in wherever you're needed to keep the store running smoothly.

The role requires strong communication, coaching ability, attention to detail, and a willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Support the Store Manager with daily store operations.
• Lead by example and maintain a positive, team-focused environment.
• Supervise team, train and coach employees to deliver great service.
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage and open/close procedures.
• Handle customer questions professionally and maintain store standards.
• Monitor inventory, restocking, and product availability.
• Ensure adherence to safety, policies, and cash handling procedures.
• Communicate important information to the Store Manager and team.
