Job summary

Bridgestone Americas seeks a Store Manager in Duluth, MN to lead a busy retail location, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires a flexible schedule, typically 40+ hours across five days including weekends, with pay range of $58,235.00–$98,990.00.

You will manage staff, coordinate training, ensure inventory control, and strive for customer satisfaction while upholding Bridgestone’s standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, and merchandising displays.

Responsibilities
