Finish Line seeks dynamic managers to lead our store team, drive daily operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor, you’ll inspire a high-performance team, influence store performance, and contribute to our growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll recruit and train staff, manage inventory and visual merchandising, set goals, analyze sales data, and ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years in retail leadership preferred.
