Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead store performance, coach a sales team, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will develop leaders, manage daily operations, and drive profitability across your location.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work 40 hours/week including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation with ability to travel to nearby stores as needed.
• Must complete AT&T and Prime Communications training.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
• Drive store performance through effective coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders while fostering a positive, engaging work environment.
• Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and operational compliance.
• Partner with your District Manager to execute company initiatives, product launches, and business strategies.
• Ensure operational excellence while protecting company assets and maintaining policy compliance.
• Build strong relationships within your local community while representing the AT&T brand.
