Skechers USA Retail, LLC is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Redlands, CA. You will lead and coach a team to achieve sales goals, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure the store upholds Skechers’ brand standards in merchandising and presentation.

You will also oversee inventory, scheduling, and daily operations, with opportunities for career advancement within Skechers’ global network. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is required.

Formación

• Experience leading teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage inventory and store operations.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach team to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain Skechers brand standards for visual merchandising and store layout.
