Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in daily operations, lead a team, ensure top-tier customer service, and drive store profitability.

You will manage inventory, optimize displays, and implement sales initiatives to achieve targets. This role requires weekend/evening availability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in sales management or retail leadership.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and maintain a respectful, inclusive work environment.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
