Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and develop associates using our S.A.L.E.S. process.
• Implement marketing strategy including in-store promotions and events.
• Resolve customer and employee issues promptly.
• Lead team to meet and exceed store goals.
• Be proficient with POS and store technology.
• Develop ideas to increase store traffic and execute them.
