Job summary

Go! Stores in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service across all shifts.

You will recruit and train staff, manage payroll and schedules, monitor KPIs, and uphold merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment. This role reports to the Director of Retail Sales and requires a proven track record in retail management, strong leadership, and the ability to motivate a diverse team to achieve annual goals.

Qualifications

• Proven successful experience as a retail store manager with sales focus.
• 1+ years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to drives sales and lead a team.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with excellent service.
• Manage staff payroll and schedules and store budget.
• Lead recruitment, training and performance evaluations.
• Oversee store operations, inventory control and loss prevention.
