You will lead merchandising efforts, coach a team of retail sales consultants, and partner with the store manager to meet and exceed sales objectives.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive sales.
• Partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects of daily store operations.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
• Lead merchandising and product launches and participate in off-site promotional activities.
