Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a store manager in Toledo, OH to oversee daily store operations and drive sales growth. You will lead, train, and develop store associates, delivering a positive customer experience while safeguarding assets and ensuring compliance.

As a manager, you will implement corporate directives, build community relationships, and manage risk, with opportunities for advancement within a full-time at-will role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (up to 55 lbs occasionally).
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.
