Job summary

TESO Group is seeking a Store Manager for our Lynnwood, WA location to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure a premier customer experience. You will manage the team, execute merchandising standards, control costs, and promote best practices in inventory and store safety.

Successful candidates will have strong leadership, a track record of achieving retail goals, and a commitment to developing future retail leaders while upholding company standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail or store management experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accountability and resilience with a long-term interest in retail management.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales, profit, expense, and staffing objectives as directed by District Manager.
• Develop and implement daily store operating plans including sales initiatives and labor scheduling.
• Monitor key metrics: sales, traffic, average ticket, gross margin, inventory, shrink, and expenses; drive improvements.
• Lead daily operations and ensure execution of merchandising standards and promotions.
• Oversee customer service standards, handle complaints, returns, and exchanges effectively.
• Manage cash handling, refunds, and store safety procedures in line with company policies.
