You will manage daily operations, train staff, safeguard assets, and build community relationships while complying with laws and company policies. The role includes physical tasks and lifting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Strong ability to drive results while building relationships with team members.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (up to 55 lbs. occasionally).
• Physical tasks including walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
