As a member of Management, you will shape store success with autonomy, drive sales, and help grow the brand while maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: recruit, train, and develop a motivated team; set goals and provide ongoing feedback.
• Customer Experience: create exceptional shopping experiences by addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Sales & Performance: drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandising and promotions.
• Operational Excellence: oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance; ensure policy compliance.
• Financial Management: manage budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data.
• Marketing & Community Engagement: implement local marketing and build community relationships.
• Innovation & Problem-Solving: stay current with trends and implement improvements.
