You will assist the Store Manager during busy hours and lead the team when the Store Manager is unavailable, ensuring goals are met and standards are maintained.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of retail experience as an Assistant Manager, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work nights and weekends.
